Book Review: This is an incredible source of information
regarding the role of minerals in the body and recommended
food sources. There is also good correlation made between the
need for certain minerals and an individual’s body type. The first
ten chapters describe a brief introduction to iridology and why
our soil is depleted. In the second section, the author describes
the most usable and important information: the 16 chemical
elements that he believes we must obtain from food that are
necessary for proper health.

Book Review: I have taken many supplements off and on throughout my life,                            
but MSM is the supplement I get the most benefit from and is my favorite.
I have taken it every single day without fail for the last 21 years.
It helps me with joint and muscle pain and has given me complete relief from a lifetime of
summer pollen allergies. Also my hair and nails grow fast while I’m taking this and my skin looks
youthful. I recommend you read this book, you will be amazed at what one supplement can do!
Book Review: Before Dr. Stanley Jacobs wrote this book about
MSM in 1999, the product was called organic sulfur. What’s the
difference? MSM is quadruple-heated to 486 degrees which
damages the sulfur crystals to where it does not work well in
the cellular matrix. Companies that private-label MSM often
combine it with silicon dioxide, an anti-caking ingredient that
combines with sulfur to deactivate it. You need good crystals for
sulfur to open up cell membranes to allow oxygen to flow and
facilitate removal of wastes from our cells.
Book Review:  Suffered from borderline hypertension for a long
time. After reading this book and following Dr. B’s advice, my
condition corrected itself within six weeks. His advice is simple:
Drink one ounce of water for every two pounds of body weight,
plus one and one half additional ounces of water for every
ounce of beverage that you consume that contains carbonation,
caffeine, or alcohol. Do this every day. Besides noticing health
improvements, you may also see a change of lifestyle. For
example, I drink less coffee and alcohol. And I’ve lost weight.
